Refund and Returns Policy

At Bold Path Hato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your product, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your options.

1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Exceptions to our return policy include:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Products that are not in resalable condition.
  • Items that were on sale or purchased with a promotional discount.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, please contact us at info@boldpathhato.com. Items for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Return Your Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@boldpathhato.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to the processing and shipment of orders.
